  Brilliant to see a Noodle Box in the Huon Valley. Flavours are pretty good here though lacking a little fish sauce punch for my taste. We had a (Char) Koay Toew and a Nasi Goreng which were both pretty good, I asked for some extra Sambal to spice things up and Penny kindly offered some fresh sliced chilli which I gladly accepted. I'll slowly work through the menu but Penny assures me that the Laksa is really good, so I'm looking forward to giving that a go. Whilst at the store during lunch time Friday I noted that Dennis was frying off a fresh batch of sambal, great to see it made in house. The owners Penny and Dennis have a really nice open space with room in the rear for 5 tables so that you can dine in if you'd like and not get disturbed by the take away customers. Open 11am to 8pm Mon - Sat you can get your noodle fix for lunch or dinner. During Lunch time you have the option of slightly cheaper and slightly smaller noodle boxes than their full size dinner time offering. Sadly they opened in July and it's now November - wish I'd found them earlier. Clean shop, tasty food, friendly owners that care and sambal made in house, have to be happy with that.
